We do not run broad campaigns or rely on databases. We work through referral, research, and direct approach — and we take the time to understand both the role and the organisation before we begin.

Every engagement is different. Our process is built around clarity, confidentiality, and a shared understanding of what success looks like.
We start with a detailed brief: the role, the context, the culture, and the non-negotiables. We then build a long list through our own network and research, not through public postings. Assessment is structured and evidence-based; we provide written feedback and recommendation, not just introductions.
We stay involved through offer and onboarding where it helps. We do not disappear once a candidate accepts.
